Who is Dan Hall?
Since 1986, Dan has served as Sr Pastor of 3 churches ranging from a church plant in Jackson, Ms to a church with 5000 in weekend attendance in South Florida. Two of those churches were in severe decline, one in bankruptcy, yet experienced miraculous transformation into thriving churches.
Dan has also served as Transitional Pastor of 3 churches, which were also in decline; each experiencing similar turn-around growth. Each church increased giving and attendance during their search for a Senior Pastor.
Dan says, “There is one truth that is undeniable: it was absolutely the grace and power of God that met us in each of those experiences! I feel so privileged to have been part of those seasons and what those of us involved consider ‘miracles.’”
Through these experiences Dan discovered both a passion for and giftedness to identify and correct issues in churches that prevent healthy life and growth. His passion is seeing God’s grace infusing His principles to produce His purposes. Over the last decade, Dan has worked personally with dozens of churches as well as interacted with hundreds of others through conferences and seminars.
Dan primarily helps pastors and leaders assess the efficacy of their mission and if there is alignment of ministry goals with leadership structures and processes. He also helps to engage the generosity capacity of the churches. These three issues…Efficacy, Alignment and Generosity… are inherently related and must be addressed together to experience sustained spiritual and numerical growth.
Dan grew up at First Baptist, Euless, Tx, under the ministries of Dr Bill Anderson and Dr Jimmy Draper and, even more importantly, his father TD Hall. Dan and his wife Hazel have 6 children, 2 sons-in-law, 2 perfect grandchildren and live in Madison, Ms.
